The future we are stewarding demands a new kind of leader — one where the visionary, the hero, and the sage walk as one.

Three pathways. One ecosystem.

Discover the depth that meets you where you are.

01 High-Caliber Peer Alliance You're already leading at scale and desire a high-level peer group where counsel, co-amplification, and allyship coexist.

A high-caliber peer alliance where wealth stewardship, spirituality, power, creativity, and leadership coexist in the same conversation — woven through monthly calls, Feel Tanks, and an annual gathering in Mexico.

02 16-Week Leadership Training You want a new blueprint for conscious leadership — bridging who you are, the vision you hold, and the way you lead.

A 16-week live training led by Astrid Brinck for founders, CEOs, and team leads who know that HOW they lead matters as much as what they lead — and that culture isn't a byproduct. It's the work.

03 Ongoing Curriculum & Community You're cultivating the identity your mission requires and desire the curriculum, container and community to do so.

For the mission-led founder, executive, creator, or steward who is ready to lead from a new frequency — in a rhythmic container built with curriculum to activate, practices to integrate, and a field to calibrate.

Co-ed · Ongoing · Open enrollment · For leaders at every stage of the journey The Ceremonial CEO Membership Learn More

The Ceremonial CEO is not the rejection of the CEO.

It's the integration of it.

We no longer separate the sacred from the strategic, the executive from the energetic, the prayer from the P&L.

You're building a meaningful mission — with strategy and soul. The revenue, the team, the reputation. You've done the programs, the retreats, the masterminds. You've sat across from impressive people and felt, underneath the brilliance, a strange kind of hollowness.

Not because you don't belong. Because you're playing at a frequency most containers aren't built to hold.

You're not looking for more information. You're not even looking for inspiration.

You're looking for a leadership path bathed in reverence.

The Ceremonial CEO world is for the wildly capable leader who is done choosing between depth and ambition. The founder, the steward, the capital allocator who knows that real leadership is a frequency before it's a framework.

Five Kinds of Extraordinary Humans

This container is open to mission-led men and women who are boldly leading with reverence.

01
The Visionary Founder Building a mission, not just a business "I'm done shrinking my vision to fit into conventional containers."

Their vision is bigger than them — oriented toward people, planet, and consciousness, with impact designed to ripple outward into teams, communities, and movements. A company that is also a movement, a brand that is also a belief system, a venture that is also a vocation.

02
The Embodied Executive Runs a serious operation. Refuses to split themselves in half to do it. "I'm done performing a version of leadership that mutes my intuition, my depth, my full presence."

They lead with both rigor and reverence. Their numbers are real. So is their inner life. They're done choosing between the two.

03
The Creative Powerhouse Where expression, culture, and influence converge "I need a space where my creative intelligence is taken as seriously as everything else I bring."

Artists, media makers, storytellers, culture shapers. They are learning to let their voice lead the work — not just support it. Here, the creative and the strategic are never in opposition.

04
The Regenerative Builder Mission-driven to the marrow "I'm building something for the long arc. I need a field that can feel that."

They are building — or funding — businesses, ecosystems, land projects, and ventures rooted in regeneration. The weight of what they're stewarding is real, and so is their devotion to it.

05
The Wealth Steward Deploying capital toward regenerative ventures "I want my resources to matter — and to find the missions worth backing."

Leaders stewarding family wealth, exits, or liquidity events who want aligned founders to support, and peers who understand the intersection of capital and legacy.

The YES AND Era
The YES AND Era
of Leadership

The path of the Ceremonial CEO mirrors back what's possible when we break free from the EITHER/OR identity trap and powerfully claim our YES AND Era.

The illusion of EITHER/OR says:

  • Spiritual and sensitive OR solid and successful
  • Masculine to be taken seriously OR feminine and lose your edge
  • Push harder for results OR prioritize self care
  • Care about impact OR be financially abundant
  • Perform worth OR become invisible
  • Artistically expressed OR seen as a grounded business expert
We dissolve the EITHER/OR identity trap and step into our YES AND era…
and become liberated to design the identity of our desire.
